Warnung vor Benutzung von Deos mit Aluminium

Kosmetik und Naturkosmetik müssen den geltenden Gesetzen in Europa entsprechen. Noch tun dies auch Deos mit Aluminiumsalzen, die so genannten Anti-Transpirants oder auch Anti-Perspirants. Ich frage mich: Wie lange noch?

Im Internet findet man unzählige Meinungen zu der Frage "Sind Deos mit Aluminium gefährlich?". Wir werden keinen weiteren Artikel dieser Art hinzufügen. Uns hat interessiert: Was für wissenschaftliche Erkenntnisse zum Thema "Aluminium in Kosmetik" liegen den offiziellen Behörden in Deutschland und in Europa vor. Behörden, die Sie als Verbraucher vor Schaden bewahren sollen.

Die europäische Behörde für Lebensmittelsicherheit (efsa) hat den Grenzwert für die Aufnahme von Aluminium in den Körper mit Sicherheit aus gutem Grund festgelegt auf 1mg pro Woche pro kg Körpergewicht. Für eine Frau mit 60kg bedeutet dies eine empfohlene maximale Aufnahme von 60mg Aluminium pro Woche.

Das deutsche Bundesamt für Risikobewertung, eine öffentliche Einrichtung, hat zudem zusammengetragen, wieviel Aluminium man auch ohne Nutzung von Aluminiumtöpfen oder Aluminiumpfannen oder Aluminiumfolie nur durch normale Lebensmittel zu sich nimmt: 12 - 90mg pro Woche für eine Person mit 60kg. Ernährt man sich unglücklich (viel Spinat, Miesmuscheln und andere spezifische Lebensmittel), kann man im schlimmsten Fall bereits durch die normale Nahrung darüber liegen.

Das deutsche Bundesamt für Risikobewertung hat zudem veröffentlicht, wieviel Aluminium man bei der Benutzung von Aluminium-Deos in den Körper einträgt. Wohlgemerkt, nur für gesunde, intakte, NICHT rasierte Haut. Es sind 72mg pro Woche! Bei rasierten Achseln und entsprechend leicht verletzter Haut ist die Menge um EIN VIELACHES HÖHER - laut dem Bundesamt BfR. Wir wissen: Es gibt nicht viele Frauen, die ihre Achseln nicht rasieren.

Fazit

Wer Deos mit Aluminium nutzt, liegt mit großer Sicherheit über dem Grenzwert der wöchentlichen Aluminiumaufnahme, den die europäische Behörde efsa definiert hat. Man sollte deshalb auf diese Aluminiumquelle UNBEDINGT VERZICHTEN.

Man erkennt Deos, die Aluminium enthalten eigentlich leicht: In die Ingredient Liste schauen und dort nach einem Stoff, der das Wort "Aluminium" enthält Ausschau halten. Meist steht es an zweiter oder dritter Stelle. Zudem erkennt man die Produkte in der Regel auch an diesen Auslobungen:
- Anti-Transpirant
- Anti-Perspirant
- 48H
- 72H
- gegen Schweiß
- gegen Achselnässe
